John Schneider
Chief Executive Officer

John is a seasoned senior executive with more than 35 years of success across multiple industry sectors. He has significant experience leading multi-hundred-million-dollar P&Ls, and he has a proven track record managing supply chain, operations and business development for several large supply chain/logistics companies within the aerospace, aviation, defense and commercial business areas. 


David Jung, Co-Founder 
Chief Technology Officer

Patent holding inventor with 12 years of experience in industry supply chain and distribution business. Consulted in upstream with both domestic and international assignments. David studied Philosophy and Political Science at Baylor and Applied Business Analytics at MIT.


Kelly Dowe, Vice President

Finance & Accounting

20+ years of financial management experience in multiple industries, beginning with position as Senior Consultant at PwC assisting Fortune 50 clients. Most recently CFO for a VC fund, also serving as interim or fractional CFO for multiple portfolio companies. BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned while working full time.


Fred Chow, Vice President
Strategic Initiatives

Dynamic 38 year career in the oil field sector with experience in cross-functional management positions.  He served 30 years with Halliburton Company in North America, the Middle East, and Latin America Regions in positions of ascending responsibility in operations, technology, business development, and strategy. Among these include; Global Account Manager for PEMEX, Country VP (Mexico, Venezuela), Latin America Region BD Manager, and 3 Global Director positions. Served in the board of directors for Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce (Houston) and the International Institute of Education (Houston). Fred holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, 1983.

Clint Eubanks, VP/General Manager


Clint is a proven leader who enjoys leading teams and creating value. Most recently he led a 100+ person team at an engineering services firm where he grew his P&L by 50% in two years. His prior experience includes leadership roles in digital transformation at an oilfield manufacturing company, as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey&Co, and in the United States Marine Corps where he served as an infantry officer in Iraq and Afghanistan. He also holds a patent from his work in R&D at a Fortune 500 food company. Clint has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his wife live in Houston’s historic Heights neighborhood with their four children.


Danny Johnson, Vice President
Domestic (US) Sales

25 years experience in supply chain and service business, held executive positions with Bridge Equipment, Sentry International and TSC Manufacturing and Supply. Danny studied in South Suburban College, South Holland, IL.

Neil Bush

Director, Board of Advisors

Mr. Neil Bush is an international businessman, entrepreneur and a visionary leader for many businesses, non-profit organizations, and charities.  For the past twenty-five years Neil has engaged in various business development activities and provided services to many non-profit and charity organizations in the United States, Asia and the Middle East. Neil serves on the Board of Managers of Rebound International, a Houston, Texas based technology company providing a leading-edge SaaS platform for industry supply chain and O&M services. He is the founder and Chairman of A&A Consulting, a global platform that attracts Asian capital for investments in health care, education, and food in the United States. He is chairman of Singhaiyi, a Singapore company investing in U.S. real estate; co-chairman of CIIC, a property development business in China; he works with CP Group in helping them invest in the United States; and he serves on the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Finance Investment Holding Group, a Hong Kong listed company with global finance and real estate interests.


Neil serves as the chairman of Points of Light, where he expands his father’s vision of inspiring, equipping and mobilizing volunteers to increase capacity for vital social services and for finding innovative solutions that lift up individuals, strengthen families and renew communities.  He is the chairman of the Bush School of Government and Public Service, and he and his wife Maria chair the Barbara Bush Celebration of Reading and the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation.  He is the founder and chairman of the George H.W. Bush Foundation for U.S. China Relations, an organization that seeks to advance U.S. China relations in ways that reflect the ethos, spirit, and values of the organization’s namesake.


Neil earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.  Neil and Maria live in Houston, Texas and have six children and four grandchildren.

Frank Muller

Director, Board of Advisors

Mr. Frank Muller is an entrepreneur and international businessman providing visionary leadership for start-up, turnaround, and emerging growth companies. Muller began his career with PepsiCo and within three years was named Executive Vice President of Transportation and Advisor to the Board Chairman.

After leaving PepsiCo, Mr. Muller founded Devco in the Middle East and grew this process technology  company to $400 million in annual revenue. Mr. Muller also founded Ten X Technology, a design engineering and manufacturing company in Austin, Texas where he served as its CEO and Chairman for 22 years. The company created 350 hardware and software products and won lucrative contracts with Applied Materials, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Johnson Controls, and other industry leaders.

During this time, Oscar Wyatt, the founder of Coastal Corporation, retained Mr. Muller as Senior Vice President to lead JV development, asset liquidations and exit strategies across the globe. Mr. Muller successfully liquidated $3+ billion in nonperforming assets and was instrumental in transitioning resources and assets to support the El Paso/Coastal merger.

Mr. Muller serves as an adviser to a host of Family Offices and as a Board Director to private and public companies, within industries that span consumer products, biotechnology, oil and gas, chemical, real estate, high tech engineering, transportation, media, and manufacturing.

He has a BS and MBA from Texas A&M University and serves on numerous boards at TAMU. Having a passion for servant leadership, Muller enjoys mentoring and coaching students to reach their goals. Muller has three Aggie children and three Aggie grandchildren.


Bill Toler

Director, Board of Advisors

Mr. Bill Toller has 40+ years of diversified experiences in multiple industries, including 29 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G), with responsibilities in marketing and sales, business development, strategy development and implementation, international assignments, and operations.  Mr. Toller helped pioneer P&G’s industry-leading joint business development approach with major retail customers like Wal-Mart. He became one of the key architects of P&G’s worldwide organizational transformation to Customer Business Development: a multi-disciplinary, team-selling approach that became the industry standard.


Mr. Toller then led various business units in multiple regions of the world as general manager for Pet Care and Oral Care. After retiring in 2009 as the Global Vice President for P&G’s Professional Oral Care business, Mr. Toller joined Swift Communications, Inc., a traditional and digital marketing service company, where he served as the Chairman and CEO.  He also advises and serves on the boards of start-up tech companies like Engage3, based in Davis, California (2014-present, and Chair of the Board since May 2019); as well as Immerse, located in London, England (2017-2019).


Mr. Toller has a B.S degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Bill currently serves on the Deans Advisory Board for Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and mentors several entrepreneurial programs at Mays Business School and Texas A&M Department of Chemistry. Prior to these appointments, he served as a Trustee of the Texas A&M Foundation (2012-2019, Chair in 2016-17) and as a board member of The Association of Former Students (2007-2010). Bill and his wife now live in Aspen, Colorado and Bryan, Texas

Mark Pytosh

Director, Board of Advisors

Mr. Pytosh serves as the CEO, President, and the Director of the general partner of CVR Partners, LP. He also serves as the Executive VP, Corporate Services, for CVR Energy and for the general partner of CVR Refining, LP. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Director’s for CVR Partners’ environmental, health and safety committee.


Before joining CVR Partners, Mr. Pytosh served as Executive VP (2004-2006), and CFO (2005-2006) for Waste Services, Inc., based in the United States and Canada. After these roles, Mr. Pytosh served as Executive VP and CFO for Canada-based Tervita Corporation, an environmental and energy services company. From 2006 to 2010, he served as Senior VP and CFO for Covanta Energy Corporation, which owns and operates energy-from-waste power facilities, biomass power facilities, and independent power plants in the United States, Europe and Asia.


Prior to joining the renewable energy and waste industries, Mr. Pytosh spent 18 years in the investment banking industry, working with a broad range of clients in the environmental services, automotive, construction equipment and a variety of other industrial sectors. From 2000 to 2004, he was a Managing Director in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, where he led the firm’s global industrial group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, he was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he led the firm’s environmental services and automotive industry groups.


Mr. Pytosh received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Illinois Foundation.  Mr. Pytosh and family live in Houston, Texas.

Morgan Zhang

Director, Board of Advisors

Mr. Morgan Zhang is an entrepreneur and businessman.  He is co-founder and managing director of Global Energy Investors, LLC, a Texas- based family office with a focus on early stage investment in the energy tech and supply chain sectors.  Mr. Zhang serves as the executive director in CMIC Ocean Entech, a company specializing in offshore technology for conventional and renewable energy. Mr. Zhang has also invested in B2B, SaaS, green energy and other tech companies which solve real world problems with practical business solutions.  He has served or currently serves on the board of directors in several public and private companies. First, as non-executive director of Shelf Drilling, Inc, an UAE based drilling company with stock in the Oslo Stock Exchange; as executive director of CMIC Ocean Entech, a Hong Kong-based offshore technology company with stock in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and at OIM, Ltd, an Oslo-based wind farm service company. Mr. Zhang reveiced a B.S degree from the University of Petroleum and M.S. degree from the University of Alaska Faribanks, both in petroleum enginnering.  He also receives a EMBA from CEIBS. Mr. Zhang and his family live in Houston, Texas.
